BUS TOUR FOR THE SURVIVORS OF INTERNMENT.

We will be hosting a bus tour on June 2–4, 2022 of the different internment camps and museums within the interior of BC. This tour is in collaboration with the Kamloops Buddhist Church as there are some people who are members of both organizations. On Day 1, we will leave Kamloops and drive to Sandon and Kaslo and visit the Langham museum. We will return to Nakusp to stay the night. Day 2, we will visit Silverton, Lemon Creek, Popoff, Bay Farm and Slocan. Then return to Nakusp and have our group tour dinner. After dinner we will visit the Nakusp Hot Springs. On Day 3, we will drive by Roseberry on to New Denver and visit the Nikkei Internment Memorial Centre and the Kohan Reflection Garden. Then depart for Kamloops.
