As a non-profit organization incorporated in B.C., the Japanese Canadian Survivor Health and Wellness Fund Society (JCSH&WFS) is aware that our personal information management practices must comply with B.C.’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).  This statement is intended to provide our commitment to users of this website that the JCSH&WFS has put in place reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect personal information in its custody and control. We handle all personal information according to our Corporate Privacy Policy.

As a visitor to the JCSH&WFS website, we want to let you know that no personal information is collected without your knowledge — our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics that, for example, track and report on website traffic. If you voluntarily provide your personal information when you contact JCSH&WFS, we will only use the information for the purpose of responding to your message.  We do not sell or trade personal information that we collect. It is important to note that under PIPA, personal information does not include business contact information.
